Tuna Charters

A typical GBFT experience starts around 0430am and lasts 11 hours.  We will pick you up by boat at an agreed upon spot, it may vary depending on your lodging, and head offshore.  We supply ice and water.  Food and beverages are the clients responsibility.  We do not allow alcohol or drugs on the boat.

• Full day Charter: $1,800.00

Military and veterans discount: 10%

It is customary to tip the mate at your discretion.

If we do land a GBFT the fish remains the property of the boat. You may accompany us to the Tuna Broker and watch the unloading, cleaning and weigh in of the fish if you are interested.

Haddock Charters

Cost for a trip is $1500 and a 20% tip to the mate is customary.  If you want to come solo we will try to put you into a shared boat day.  Cost for a solo trip is $300 but we only go out if we can get three people into a group.

Whale Watches

If the Whales and the weather are cooperating a day of whale watching can be really fun.  Because our boats are smaller you get an up front experience with the whales.  There is nothing cooler than to watch a 40 ton humpback swim under the boat or feed or “blow” next to you.

Along the way you will see Gannets and Shearwaters if we are lucky.  These blue water birds are not just amazing to watch feed but tell a lot about what’s going on under the water.

Our main concern is for the safety of the whales and the passengers.  We remain at the helm to make sure we don’t get too close.
